LAVI counselling centres:
- provide free support, advice and information to anyone who has suffered a direct attack on their physical, mental or sexual integrity,
- offer legal, medical, psychological, social and material assistance,
- provide support with administrative and legal procedures and referrals to specialist services (doctors, psychotherapists, lawyers, etc.).
Consultations by appointment and strictly confidential. You do not need to have filed a complaint to go to a LAVI consultation centre.

The Service for Perpetrators of Domestic Violence (SAVC) is a functional unit of the Centre Neuchâtelois de Psychiatrie (CNP).
The SAVC offers people who have been violent towards their partner individual interviews and therapeutic group work with counsellors trained in this specific field. SAVC helps men and women put an end to domestic violence, whether physical, psychological, sexual, social or economic.

The Point Rencontre is a service that allows supervised visits. It offers two different types of support, supervised visits in a specially equipped area and accompanied visits outside institutional walls.
The Point Rencontre is aimed at any family situation where a separation has made it difficult, or even interrupted, a child’s relationship with his or her parent(s) or with other members of his or her family of origin.
This service is free of charge.
