The victim support centre in Goldau is the central point of contact for victims and their relatives or trusted persons. They will find support, advice and guidance from a team of proven experts in a difficult situation. The advice is confidential and free of charge. It is available to any victim of a violent crime or accident, regardless of whether criminal proceedings have been opened or whether the perpetrator is known. The only requirement is that a criminal offence has been committed intentionally or negligently within the meaning of the Swiss Criminal Code. The victim advisory service will also be happy to help you claim compensation and damages.
